1. Can I order fabric or colour samples?

You can order fabric samples (with free delivery) to get an idea of the fabric finish before you commit to ordering. Our black office chairs come with a charcoal seat fabric that provides a clean, modern finish against the chair’s black frame.
2. Should I get a black mesh office chair or another fabric?

We highly recommend mesh for its breathability. When the airflow can move more easily between you and the seat, you’ll be cooler while you work, particularly useful in those hot summer months. The other option is foam, but this can trap heat quickly, which in turn warms you up.
3. Can I choose a frame colour other than black?

Our office chair frames are available in both black and grey. You also have a choice of five fabric seat materials, including bluestone, cedar, charcoal, fog and pink.
4. Do I get a guarantee with a Slouch office chair?

All of our chairs come with a two-year guarantee, but we’re so confident in the design and engineering of our chairs, that we don’t believe you’ll need to use it.
5. Can I choose the types of castors that come with the chair?

Absolutely. We know that no home office is the same, which is why we offer both hard-floor and soft-floor castors, ideal for both carpet and wood flooring, so nothing gets dented, scratched or torn.
6. How easy is it to assemble a Slouch office chair?

We try to make this process as easy as possible, so our chairs require minimal assembly and you’ll receive very clear instructions when your order arrives. Alternatively, you can watch our handy setup video.
